The foundation of transformation.
I'm boring without Jesus. My whole story is that God met me at 799 pounds and rebuilt me from the inside out. If faith isn't your thing yet, you're still welcome here — but I'd be lying if I left this part out.
Faith, for me, isn't an add-on at the end of the plan. It's the floor the plan stands on. It's where worth comes from when the scale isn't cooperating and where hope comes from when the old voices get loud.
You don't have to believe what I believe to be welcome on this site. Take what helps. Leave what doesn't. But the spirit-mind-body order isn't decoration — it's the order that finally made change last for me.
Spirit, mind, body.
Spirit goes first. Rooted identity is what holds you steady when motivation runs out and life gets loud.
A renewed mind comes next. The thoughts you rehearse become the life you live; choose them on purpose.
The body follows. When spirit and mind are in line, the daily habits stop feeling like a war and start feeling like worship.
