Diet culture sells urgency and shame. Real nutrition is quieter than that. It's a handful of principles, lived out on ordinary days, in your actual kitchen, with the people you actually feed.
The goal isn't perfection or a label — keto, carnivore, vegan, whatever. The goal is a way of eating you can still be doing five years from now without it consuming your life.
Spirit, mind, body.
Food is a gift, not a god. Eat with gratitude and on purpose — not to numb, punish, or perform.
Decide before you're hungry. Most of the battle is won at the grocery store and lost at 9 p.m. in front of the pantry.
Lean on the simple principles: whole foods first, protein at every meal, plenty of water, plants you actually like. Build from there.
